The only thing I'm not 100% convinced about with respect to accepting remote and hybrid work as the new norm by organizations is whether this was driven by people or by circumstance. My sense is that most organizations weren't comfortable with many jobs especially those in management not being done at the office, however the pandemic took that decision from them and now that many are seeing positive benefits including needs for less office space, their former negative attitudes towards remote work has shifted more to the positive side. That and the fear of losing people.
